Hope this review will allow you to avoid equipment damage.Update: I just bought a blue 75' Belkin Cat6, and connector size is normal. The only bad cables have been yellow - if that has any significance. I had to use a screwdriver to pull the connectors back out. It appears twice as thick as "normal", and is so thick that the unlocking tab will not unlock. BUYER BEWARE, they must have recently changed the size of the connector. I just bought the 14', 25' and 50' versions of Belkin Cat6 ethernet cable. I've tried plugging these into computers, switches, routers, and bluray players, and all just barely accept the connector. I have Ativa and Cables To Go Cat6 cables, all of which have normal connectors.
Just plug and go. no loss of speed. I needed to find something to increase my web access ability, 4 my PS3. I use laptop w/ air card to connect. For my needs less expensive easier than a hub.
I paid about half what I would expect to pay at the local best buy.it works perfect as advertised.what more is there to say
Purchased this to connect my Wireless-N router to my MediaSmart Home Server so I can increase the speed of transfer from my Wireless-N equipped Desktop. Works pretty slick and am getting at least 40% back from my network in speed.
The product was as described and arrived quickly. I would purchase these again anytime.Mark
